Returns and Refunds Policy:

1. Returns:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PartyHub. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at partyhub.email@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or appear to be used or damaged.

2. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If you haven't received your refund after the specified period, please contact your payment provider for further assistance.

3. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return as described above, and then place a new order for the desired item.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at partyhub.email@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some products are non-returnable for hygienic or safety reasons. 
  • Custom-made or personalized items may also be non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

7. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been processed for shipping.

8. Refusal of Returns:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or impose a restocking fee if the returned items do not comply with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
